The ABBA Patriot Benefit Plans includes a convenient service for members with diabetes. This program provides special member pricing on most diabetic supplies including:

• test strips
• glucose meters
• lancing devices
• lancets
• free home delivery

The diabetic supplies benefit is NOT insurance.  It is a program that provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services and does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services.  A member is obligated to pay for all health care services and will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with the discount plan organization.
